1) Ministry Mail: Each ministry has a mail slot, located in the Executive Office. If you are notified you have mail, it is your responsibility to retrieve it. Contact LWilson@cbcofe.org or SHarris@cbcofe.org
2) Event Tickets: Ministry members must purchase tickets for their own events. In addition, Ministries must cover the cost of complimentary tickets. This includes Security, Facility Support Team, First Aid, Media, Music, and Parking, if required.
3) Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm; Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm
4) Security Protocol: Access to the building requires approval from Security and the Executive Office. For urgent access, please text Lady Gayle at 201-637-5454.
5) Ministry Meetings: All Ministry Meetings must be scheduled in advance by using the Meeting Request Form. Meetings cannot be held without approval.
6) Leader Workstation Access Code: The code you have been provided is confidential and should only be shared at the discretion of the Ministry Leader. Please inform Lady Gayle of any changes in your Core Team.
7) Roster List: Unexplained inactive members should not remain on your ministry roster after a period of 60 days.
8) Email: Ministry Email should be checked regularly; use Bcc field when sending mass distribution emails.
9) Virtual Meetings: To receive a virtual meeting link, please contact VSingletary@cbcofe.org.

10) Event/ Meeting Support: The Events Coordinator is your liaison and primary contact for communicating all details for your ministry event. Please do not contact supporting ministries directly.
11) Ministry Interest: CBC has an active link for each ministry on the App and website. If anyone is interested in joining your ministry, use the Meet Our Ministry Page in the App under Community Connect or under About Us on the website to access the Interest form.
12) Ministry/ Event Promotion: Please connect with Roberta Bordeaux and Lady Gayle for guidance on the available options for promoting your ministry.
13) Communications: Communication with outside organizations is the responsibility of the Executive Office. Ministries and/or individuals are not authorized to speak on behalf of Community Baptist Church of Englewood NJ, without permission.
14) Seed Money: All ministries are entitled to seed money. However, seed money is not automatically transferred or added to your ministry account. It does not roll over from year to year, and the amount available may vary each year.
15) ST-5 Form: Tax-Exempt form cannot be used for ministry celebrations.
16) Internal and Public Forms: Ministries may create their own electronic forms for internal use by team members only. Any electronic forms intended for public use must be created by CBC. For additional information or assistance, please email VSingletary@cbcofe.org
