Reports of sexual harassment or abuse by a minor must be treated as a serious child-safety issue.
Please organize the steps in order from 1-5
Notify child's parent/legal guardian and Lady Gayle immediately.
Write down date, location, time of incident, anyone involved, statements, how the concern was reported or observed, and any actions taken in response.
Avoid asking the child repeated questions (to minimize trauma)
Document what you know & what you witnessed.
Remove child from the environment.
