Welcome to the CBC In-House Events page! What a blessing it is to be a part of a church that can host a variety of events.
Our ability to gather and celebrate is a wonderful gift that should not be taken lightly.
 To better support your ministry needs and improve efficiency, we’ve updated the Events process.

I - How to Submit and Receive Approval for an Event
A- Complete the Preliminary Event Request Link. Once submitted, a notification will be sent to Lady Gayle. Please note: your event date must be at least 90 days after approval.
B- Lady Gayle will notify you via email within 3 to 5 business days regarding the approval status of your ministry event. Please note: that CBC will only host a limited number of events per month.
C- If tickets are required for your event, the Executive Team of the Ministry Council will determine the method of sales.

II - Post-Event Approval
A- An in-person meeting and walkthrough will be scheduled by the Events Coordinator, Roberta Bordeaux.  Any ministry members responsible for executing the event should attend.
B- Event Communication/ Cancellation: Clear and consistent communication is essential for a successful event.  This includes promptly responding to messages.  If communication becomes difficult without explanation, the event may be subject to cancellation.
