Deaconess Ministry
APPOINTED MINISTRIES
The Deaconess Ministry is the companion ministry to the Deacons Ministry founded on the principles of 1Timothy 3:11. Deaconesses are particularly responsible for the preparation of candidates for the ordinance of baptism. They also assist the Deacons with home and hospital visitation and provide assistance, guidance, and support to struggling families in dire need.
This ministry serves under the direct auspices of the Senior Pastor. All participants are either appointed or approved by the Pastoral office based on observation, ministry gifting and prayer. No one is appointed to serve for life, but all are expected offer their lives in service as unto the Lord.
