Ministry Profile

The Missionary Ministry of Community Baptist Church of Englewood is committed to responding with love and compassion to those in need within our congregation and the community at large. We endeavor to demonstrate the love of Jesus through our actions and service to others.

We are an active ministry composed of men and women whose common denominator is a heart of service. We count on all members of the ministry to be willing and available to participate in one or more of our outreach activities. In keeping with our church motto, “Chosen to serve, Challenged to grow”, we believe that we experience true joy and spiritual growth through service to others.

Our activities include a Mobile Pantry; telephone calls to seniors living alone and Toys on the Altar, packaging & donating toys to over 500 children in need in December. We also attend various conferences and workshops.
